When life kicks you, let it kick you forward

I’ve been immersed in ‘scrubbing’ the website, combing through my collection of photographs of the golf course. Among them are some truly stunning shots that capture the essence of the landscape. Upon closer inspection, I’ve realized that what captivates me most are the skies above—the vibrant blues, the billowing clouds, and the vast openness that stretches endlessly. They feel so unrestrained! In fact, “Unfettered” would have been a perfect name for my blog, as it embodies the essence of being unshackled and free.

The clouds are really interesting.  They have the ability to impersonate shapes or figures,  embodying a spectrum of emotions—from dark and brooding to bright, airy, and feather-like.   And the best of all, they do not belong to anyone.  No one can complain that I’m taking pictures of ‘their clouds’.

That said…this picture was taken in Bogata, Colombia about 4 weeks ago.

This evening, I had a heartfelt conversation with my sister, sharing the weight of my struggles with her. She listened with just the right amount of sympathy, offering a comforting presence, but soon pivoted to discussing exciting projects we could tackle together. Her enthusiasm was infectious as she playfully nudged me toward the idea of creating a cooking video. I’ve often mentioned it as a fun challenge to explore, yet somehow, I haven’t found the motivation to take that leap.

Though I’m feeling a bit down, I refuse to let it keep me down for long! I still have a wealth of ideas swirling around in my mind and a multitude of things I’m eager to pursue! Thanks for all the kind words of support!
